Have you been reading all of this carefully up to this point? This story is a chronological record, and it
should be plain that I don't even own a machine yet. How in all of God's creation could I possibly teach
you how to make perfect espresso, or even make it for myself for that matter? To rest your mind I will tell you here
and now that I am not going to even attempt to teach you the "How" of brewing espresso. There are lots of
great websites and experts out there to assist you with that. This diatribe is more aimed at the mental
process I went (and am going) through starting at the time I decided that I wanted to have espresso at home.How To Make Perfect Espresso
By this time you should have glanced over at the scroll bar to the right or you may have scrolled down the
page. What did you think? If you thought, "Oh my God! Does this idiot really expect me to read all this!?
He can't be serious!" then it could be that the home brewing is not for you. On the other hand, if you
thought, "Cool! Look at all this stuff just about espresso!" then 'The espresso army wants YOU!'
