Chop up some nuts (we used Brazil nuts this time). Sprinkle them into a bowl.

     Pile on four small scoops of some vanilla ice cream of your choice in a square pattern.

     Drizzle with chocolate syrup like a chain link fence.

     In the middle put a spoonful of some cherry preserves.

     Liberally sprinkle some finely ground coffee (left over from espresso making) over all. About half a teaspoon should do nicely.

     It tasted even better than it sounds! Cherry, chocolate, and vanilla.. You can't go wrong.
